Huge room with a view across the park to the river. The staff let us check in early and brought us a tray of chilled and perfectly ripe and delicious fruit 10 minutes after arrival. It is a hotel above a shopping mall in the German outskirts of Basel with a view of distant factories. But it was tons nicer than I had imagined it. Awesome breakfast on sunny terrace set me up for the day. Free parking in vast car park that belongs to the shopping centre. Easy to use tram system to take you into Basel which is lovely.

The hotel is located in a shopping mall 11 minutes from EuroAirport. We stayed there for one night and left early in the morning (before breakfast) to catch our flight. The hotel is new and modern and located few minutes from France, Switzerland and Germany. Great value for money!

Good hotel, check-in at the 6th. floor, with different other floors for the rooms. Very friendly people, nice and clean rooms with comfortable bed, good restaurant, good price-quality. Easy to reach, and big parking free of charge at the 6th. floor of the shopping center in the same building...

Room was wide and very clean Breakfast was very rich and had almost everything, breakfast staff were very helpful and nice Location was good , but parking was not comfortable and was not in a good position having to go to sixth floor then come back to ground floor then up again to hotel reception and rooms in fifth and sixth floor, imagine with all the suite cases and other items in hand

The location is very good near the border and rhien center for shopping. The room was clean with comfortable beds. Good value compared to other hotels in the area. Free parking always available (rhien center parking). The staff are the best really appreciated thier hospitality and thier attendance to our needs and thier tolerance as one of the kids broke the lamp and the staff fixed it happilly right away and they didnt charge us for the dameges.

We booked two rooms for a family of 5 - which were both bigger than the average hotel room. Beds were very comfortable and showers great. You can walk over the bridge into france which was cool and had a nice square with fountain and restaurants.

Perfect pit stop for a 1000km drive from Netherlands to Geneva. This place is right on the border of France, Germany and Switzerland. Breakfast is really good at very friendly price of 10 euros, if pre-booked at check-in. It is newly renovated with premium material.

Good location for getting around. S8 tram runs all the way to the SBB train station without having to transfer. Nice walk across the pedestrian bridge over the Rhein to France. Great shopping mall right under the hotel.

The hotel is placed within Rhein Center so provides great access to everything you need. The location was awesome as the hotel is placed right at the borders of Germany, France and Switzerland. Good restaurants around and very nice views. Room was very clean and comfortable, and staff members were very polite and helpful.
