The locations is great considering it’s only a short walk to the tram stop and there are restaurants nearby. My favourite thing about the location is having to see beautiful sunsets by the river while watching the swans. It was magnificent! The room that I stayed in was well-ventilated and spacious. Too spacious actually! The bed was comfy and I was happy that the bathroom was clean and newly-done. I highly recommend this place.

Everything was perfect, the breakfast brilliant, short trip in tram to Basel Xmas market, we were worried about the reviews but suspect it’s a summer thing with heat, staff were very nice and breakfast ladies super attentive, never seen before.

I wasn't sure what to expect from previous reviews. The hotel was easy to navigate, go in hotel door and take elevator to floor six. It's clearly marked and easy to read even if you don't speak the language. We stayed in a kitchenette room. Wow. It was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel was quiet, amenities were great. We shopped for food downstairs at the supermarket and brought it up. It worked out perfect for us as we are travelling on a limited budget. I would absolutely stay here again and/or recommend others too.

Spacious and clean rooms for the price. I was looking for something handy in the area of the Vitra museum; this hotel really fits the purpose of a short stay.

Easy free parking (follow the plan and it's actually quite straightforward). Large room with sitting area, comfy bed, excellent shower, good wifi, friendly staff. We'd booked a room with kitchenette, which was very minimally equipped but did give us the option for breakfast and basic snacks/meals in the room. Great location, trams to Basel stop just outside, walk over the bridge to France, easy to get to the railway station for a trip to Freiburg. Real Dreiländer position. Enormous supermarket in the shopping centre below, open until 10pm so great for buying all those exciting foreign grocery items!

Kinda a weird layout, but overall a nice place. Comfortable beds, clean, lovely high ceilings, and very spacious.

An affordable hotel, the room was larger than expected. It was clean, with coffee/tea/kettle, the shower is quite large.

The room far exceeded our expectations. Family room, very spacious with family bathroom and separate WC. Breakfast was super with so much choice. Staff were excellent. Check in was a breeze. The views were lovely. There was a shopping center and supermarket next door. The Tram stop was across the road. There was also a park opposite and 3 Countries Bridge close by. Beautiful sunset

The hotel is located in a large building, on the 6th and 7th floors. You have the possibility of free parking on the 6th or 7th floor, but in another building. You basically go up to park, then go down, go through the ground floor parking lot, then go up again at 6 to check in. There is also a shopping center on the first floor, with a large supermarket, which is open until 10:00 p.m. The accommodation is correct, the room is big, clean. For a transit accommodation it is very good.
